Retirement System and Implementation
In compliance with the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act, our retirement system and regulations are designed to support employee retirement. Employees who have worked for more than twenty-five years, or have worked for more than fifteen years and have reached the age of fifty-five, or have worked for more than ten years and are sixty years of age, are all eligible to apply for retirement voluntarily. A Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of pension provisions, payments, and other related matters.

For employees under the old pension system, the company allocates 6% of their total salary to their pension on a monthly basis, which is deposited into a designated account at the Bank of Taiwan, held in the name of the Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee. Employees covered by the new Labor Pension Act will have their pensions disbursed according to the established labor pension payment grading table. Each month, 6% of their salary will be transferred to their personal accounts at the Labor Insurance Bureau.

Pension Withdrawal
A fund equal for 6% employees' salaries is allocated to their pension plans, ensuring a reliable source of income after retirement.
